How do I take care of my Baser product?

In general, always bring your products inside or cover them during the winter when not in use. If possible, store them in a dry and warm place—this will help your Baser product last for many years to come ;)

Outdoor Umbrellas

If there’s a stain on your fabric, take a little soap and a dry cloth, add some water to the spot, and carefully wash the stain away. Clean with a mixture of ¼ cup of mild soap per 4 litres of lukewarm water. Scrub with a soft brush, rinse, and air dry. For stubborn stains and mildew, use a solution of 1 cup bleach and 60ml of mild soap in 4 litres of warm water.

The frame can be cleaned with soapy water and a cloth. For the joints, feel free to add a little WD40 for extra care.

Sandbags

Our bags are made from strong polyester fabric, designed to withstand outdoor conditions. However, if they get dirty, I like to use the garden hose with some soap to wash them down. PS—the kids love to help with this!

Base

Our bases are made from a durable material called RavamidECO, which is easy to clean.

After your sunny season, we recommend rinsing your base with soap and water, then drying and storing it until next season—just like the sandbags. And yes, the kids find this super fun too!
